The moment I nervously opened the door, the medical staff welcomed me with warm smiles.
Each person first introduced themselves, explained their role, and thoroughly described what was about to happen—including any potential risks.
They then concluded with another gentle smile, saying, "Don't worry, you're in good hands. We are professionals and we will do our absolute best. Just relax, rest assured, and leave everything to us."
I cannot express how much comfort that brought to all the efforts and anxiety I had felt leading up to and on that day! 💘💝
The other day, I had my first examination of this kind. It’s an exam that many people eventually go through, but it required several days of preparation—including dietary restrictions—and was performed under general anesthesia.
Naturally, I was quite nervous.
What people truly need is smiles, love, warmth, and sincerity.
And when mutual trust is built upon that foundation, my heart is filled with immense gratitude.
When I woke up, everyone gathered once more with smiles to let me know that everything had done safely and smoothly, offering kind words of care and encouragement.
Every day, so many people open those doors, carrying their own thoughts and feelings.
Despite whatever may happen in their own lives on any given day and whatever emotions they may hold, these true professionals in the medical field apply their expertise with deep dedication, pride, and skill.
To all of them—and for their smiles and kindness—I extend my heartfelt gratitude. 🙏
Setsu
緊張してドアを開けてすぐに、医療の場にいらっしゃる方々が笑顔で迎えてくださって、それぞれまずお名前を教えてくださって、何を担当されるか、そしてこれから何が行われるか丁寧に詳しくご説明くださって、どんなリスクがあるかも教えてくださって、「でも、大丈夫、心配しないで。プロのみんながベストを尽くすから。安心してリラックスして任せてくれたらいいからね。」とやはり優しい笑顔で締めてくださって。
それがどんなにその日までと当日の努力と不安とを慰めてくださることか！💘💝
先日初めての検査がありました。みなさんもいつか体験される検査ではあるのですが、数日前から食事制限から色々準備が指示されていて、全身麻酔で行われる検査です。流石に緊張します。
人が必要としているのは、笑顔と愛と温かさと誠実さです。そこに信頼感を加えることができたなら、もう大感謝です。
目が覚めると、皆さんでまた顔を揃え笑顔で無事に終了したことを告げ、それぞれ労いの言葉をかけてくださいました。
日々、たくさんの方々がそれぞれの思いを抱えドアを開けます。
その日それぞれいろんなことがあって様々な心情でいらっしゃるはずにも関わらず、そこで次々と真摯にそれまでの経験と誇りを持って手腕を発揮してくださる医療の場での真のプロの方々に、そしてその笑顔に、優しさに、心から感謝いたします🙏
Setsu(節)
En el momento en que abrí la puerta lleno/a de nervios, el personal médico me recibió con una cálida sonrisa. Primero, cada uno me dijo su nombre, me explicó su función y me describió detalladamente lo que se iba a realizar, incluyendo los posibles riesgos.
Luego, con otra dulce sonrisa, concluyeron diciendo: «No te preocupes, todo saldrá bien. Todos somos profesionales y daremos lo mejor de nosotros. Solo relájate, mantén la calma y déjalo todo en nuestras manos».
¡No se pueden imaginar cuánto alivio me brindó eso frente a toda la ansiedad y el esfuerzo que sentí hasta ese momento y durante ese mismo día! 💘💝
El otro día me hicieron este tipo de estudio por primera vez. Es una prueba que casi todos experimentan tarde o temprano, pero requirió varios días de preparación —incluyendo restricciones dietéticas— y se realizó bajo anestesia general. Por supuesto que estaba bastante nerviosa.
Lo que la gente realmente necesita son sonrisas, amor, calidez y sinceridad. Y si a eso se le puede sumar un sentimiento de confianza, la gratitud es infinita.
Cuando me desperté, todos se reunieron nuevamente con una sonrisa para informarme que la prueba había terminado con éxito y sin problemas, dedicándome palabras llenas de afecto y cuidado.
Cada día, muchas personas cruzan esa puerta albergando sus propios pensamientos y preocupaciones.
A pesar de lo que pueda sucederles en su día a día y de las diversas emociones con las que lleguen, los verdaderos profesionales del ámbito médico aplican su experiencia y habilidad con absoluta entrega y orgullo.
A todos ellos, a sus sonrisas y a su amabilidad, les agradezco de todo corazón. 🙏
